First, we will set up an appointment to meet and review your project together. We will take all necessary measurements and/or blueprints, as well as go over all of your specifications, preferences, and expectations for the job.
Once we have all of the information, we will get back to you promptly with our proposal package which includes our detailed written estimate. We will also provide terms of payment, our extensive list of references, job specifications, a sample contract, and a sample change order form for the project.
Upon acceptance of our proposal, we will meet to sign contracts and accept your deposit. We'll let you know where we've scheduled your project on our calendar, then apply for any permits needed and begin your project promptly and complete it in the most timely manner possible while ensuring quality and detail through each phase.
